Paralegal - Construction Litigation

Our client is seeking a Paralegal with 5-10 years of litigation experience to join their busy Construction practice group. Experience with trial preparation is essential for this role.Qualified candidates must be proactive, flexible, have excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with an electronic document management systems is required; iManage experience is a plus. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on business needs is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain client document management databases, including managing document production processes
- Ability to draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys, including compiling and preparing draft discovery responses.
- Categorize and interpret data; review and analyze documents, responses and records produced by opposing counsel
- Coordinate and handle requests between multiple parties involved
- Experience with time entry and client billing
- Proficiency with document review databases and platforms (Relativity and CaseMap preferred)
- Trial and deposition preparation
- Bluebook citation
- Experience required in Westlaw research
- Proficiency in electronic filing in state and federal courts
- Trial attendance preferred
- Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
