Case Clerk

Job Duties Include: 

  • Electronic Filing with Courts 
  • Document retention and organization 
  • Case management and tracking 
  • Data entry 
  • Research and analysis 
  • Draft and distribute internal and external correspondence 
  • Support paralegals and attorneys within the practice group 
  • Requirements: 
  • Some knowledge of legal terminology 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Prioritize work load to meet deadlines
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and other similar applications. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Dependable and reliable 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required (Law firm experience preferred and highly recommended).
  • Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems preferred
